TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF

I believe in positive energies. I think going through life with a positive attitude begets positive work. It's incredibly important to be of good sound body and mind. We have addressed your health in ACT I, but it is important to maintain mental & physical health. If you haven't been there already, visit our HEALTH section for a comprehensive list of various physical and mental health resources to help keep you fit and fabulous!

Attitude - Attitude is everything! Really! If you are talented but have a lousy attitude, you will get nowhere. If you have limited talent but you are always optimistic and ready to work hard, you will get somewhere. Surround yourself with friends and peers who are optimistic and positive, who welcome whatever opportunities life brings, and avoid the people who are negative, who "bring you down".
